Why XJet?

XJet's innovative nanoparticle jetting technology revolutionizes additive manufacturing to achieve intricate, fully finished stainless steel and ceramic parts. This novel process eliminates the need for powder and post-processing, streamlining the creation of highly precise and complex components.

Capabilities

A groundbreaking leap in additive metal has emerged, capable of jetting nanoparticles of stainless steel and ceramic into complex, material-dense shapes without powder or post-processing. XJet's fully automated nanoprinting streamlines manufacturing by eliminating the time-consuming and costly cleanup that is required by legacy metal printing.

XJet's innovative technology allows for the direct fabrication of complex geometries and fine details with exceptional precision. These capabilities unlock new possibilities for industries such as aerospace, medical, and electronics. By enabling rapid and efficient production of high-performance parts with enhanced functionality, XJet has the potential to transform manufacturing and accelerate the development of advanced technologies.

XJet's nanoparticle jetting (NPJ) technology was developed over several years and involves more than 80 patents granted and pending. NPJ has been refined with a clear vision to deliver a digital, direct material printing process to additive metal and ceramics. In contrast to loose powder, at the core of XJet’s solution is a dispersion ink which eliminates many of the constraints and drawbacks of powder-based metal printing.

XJet has the additive industry’s only support material that can be rinsed away hands-free in a fully automated support removal process. XJet's patented nanoprinting systems are safe and sustainable: no hazardous powders or lasers, and recirculated inkjet material for minimal waste.
