Complex castings in Inconel and other Nickel-based super-alloys
Why American Casting?
American Casting is one of a few U.S. foundries with vacuum induction capabilities and in-house pattern printing to deliver castings in days, not months.
Since 1974, American Casting Company’s foundry in Hollister, CA has delivered super-alloy investment castings with the industry’s shortest lead times. Their AS9100 and ISO9001 certified capabilities meet the most demanding customer requirements across Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Medical, and Energy applications.
Vacuum Melt Investment Casting isolates the molten metal and ceramic shell from oxygen during the pour process, minimizing oxidation and porosity in finished parts. American Casting specializes in the pouring of Nickel-based super-alloys (Vacuum Melt), Cobalt-based alloys, including implant grade CoCrMo, a range of Stainless Steels, and other high-performance materials required by our diverse customer base.
By incorporating lean production philosophies with the latest in 3D printing equipment and manufacturing technologies, American Casting delivers precision castings at ultra-fast standard lead times. Whether manufacturing prototypes, high volume production, or custom production products, American Casting delivers castings in a matter of days – in stark contrast to typical casting industry lead and cycle times measured in months.
