Parkway offers tight tolerance injection molding of commodity, engineering and high temperature resins and compression molding of thermosets, urethanes and elastomeric materials. Parkway has extensive experience in the design and production of components sourced in high performance and exotic resins. Used in applications requiring high resistance to heat or chemicals, high performance plastics such as Torlon® PAI and PEEK™ can replace many metals or other traditional high-stress materials.
Parkway has over 50 years of thermoset molding expertise, and can assist in the design, material selection and mold making processes to ensure consistent, quality results. Parkway houses a full portfolio of thermoset molding capabilities, including injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, insert molding, and a host of in-house secondary operations, including machining, drilling, tapping and deflashing.
Complete product finishing and assembly capabilities: painting, plating, pad printing, machining, and silk-screening. Parkway has facilities throughout the US and Mexico, including Loveland, CO. They offer extensive in-house CAD/CAM for tooling and part engineering; CIM controlled molding; and fast-turn, low-cost tooling options.
