Super precise
micro molding of engineered resins. Produce parts ranging from .010"
up to 2" in size with ultra precise tolerances. Tolerances are daily
measured in microns. Parts can be produced in a class 100,000 clean room
for optical or medical applications. Accumold processes high-temp resins
like liquid crystal polymers, ultem, and PPS. Parts are produced for a
variety of applications including fiber optics, medical, and electro-mechanical
systems that include gears and motion systems.
